Colby Harbuck is an associate attorney at Todd, Barron, Thomason, Hudman, Bebout & Rodriguez, P.C. He grew up in Texas and is a 4-year letterman from Dickinson High School. Colby spent time volunteering at Special Olympics and working as a student teacher for six summers to help those young adults develop social and life skills that would allow them to live on their own.

Colby graduated from Texas A&M University with a bachelor’s degree in 2020. Colby attended Texas A&M School of Law, where he was a founding member and vice president of Texas A&M’s Real Estate Law Society and served as the treasurer of the 12th Law Man Student Organization. He participated on Texas A&M’s Advanced Dispute Resolution negotiation team where he and his teammate were briefly seeded as the #1 team in North America. Colby also interned for the District Attorney’s office and a real estate law firm in DFW.

Colby’s legal practice focuses on litigation, with a strong understanding of the transactional side of the law. In addition to his legal practice, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends, playing fetch with his dog Finn, watching his Texas Aggies play football on Saturdays, and attending church on Sunday mornings.
